As a part of the electrical engineering team in Philips Singapore, my main role was to assist the senior engineer to complete the jobs easier and faster. The team also have to work closely with the customer service team to gather feedback back about the product. Our aim is to find out the products that damaged frequently and improve for the next version. Here are the skills that required and applied during my internship: • Be an experienced Electronics Engineering with excellent soldering skills and circuitry analysis. • Have solid computer & typing skills and be able to use Linux OS, Microsoft Windows, Internet· Explorer, Excel, & Word to recordkeeping of the problems and spare parts ordering • Be a highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently as well as in group settings • Be well organized and able to multi-task • Have good verbal and written communications skills • Have experience using test electronic test equipment • Be experienced and able to use hand tools and small power tools • Be able to read and understand technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions
