As a Human Resources Administrator, you will manage and conduct our HR department's daily administrative tasks and activities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in recruitment by screening resumes
- Organizing and conducting job interviews with shortlisted applicants
- Implementing new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
- Handling employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors and referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- Performing other duties as assigned
