Business Administrator | Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a business administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business. You will be involved in facilitating and streamlining our business operations to support the growth of our Company and its individual departments or teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive and supervise strategies for positive business growth
  • Oversee financial and budgetary activities

  • Analyze financial statements, sales reports and other performance indicators
  • Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity

  • Keeping company databases up to date

  • Building relationships with clients

  • Network with prospective clients and industry peers

  • Liaise and consult with the executives, employees, and teams to improve business operations
  • Identify inefficiencies and research new innovative ways for improvement through technology and resources

  • Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

Requirements:

  • Preferably at least 1 year of work experience as a Business Administrator
  • Has a Business Administration degree or equivalent
  • Is able to communicate in Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Self-motivated & disciplined
  • Good oral and written command of the English language is required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Broad business knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
